Terms and conditions

Last updated: July 28, 2026. This page is maintained by the Founders.Club team to explain the rules for using the site and the community.

1. What Founders.Club is

Founders.Club is a free, private online community for entrepreneurs and startup builders. Membership is open to anyone who registers with a valid email address and completes a profile, but the team reserves the right to remove members who do not fit the community or who break these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to use the email address you register with. Accounts created with fake identities, disposable emails, or impersonation may be suspended without notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect your account has been misused, contact us immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard or by writing to us.

4. Community rules

The community is built on trust. Members are expected to use real names, keep conversations confidential, avoid cold pitching other members, and give before they ask. Spam, harassment, discrimination, illegal content, or repeated self-promotion are not allowed. The full rules are available to members after signing in.

5. Content you share

You keep ownership of any content you post. By posting inside the community, you grant Founders.Club a limited license to display that content to other members and to use it for the monthly project showcase if you submit it. You may not post content that infringes on third-party rights or breaks applicable law.

6. Moderation and termination

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or harm the community. We may also remove content that is off-topic, promotional, or disruptive. We are not required to give advance notice.

7. No fees

Founders.Club is free to join and use. We do not ask for payment details, and there are no paid tiers.

8. Limitation of liability

We run the community and platform in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on advice from other members, business deals arranged through introductions, or any loss caused by another member's actions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the community grows. The latest version will always be posted here with the updated date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the admin team by email at the address listed in the community rules.

By creating an account and using Founders.Club, you agree to these terms and the community rules.
